Our Passion for Food and Hospitality
Our food aims for simplicity, keeping the ingredients to their truest form while reimagining classic dishes for a modern palate. This is our version of American comfort food – steaks and chops; seafood straight from Montauk, Long Island, and the rivers of upstate New York; and produce from the best of New York State’s incredible family-owned farms. Chef Cesar Balderas and team are excited to present these dishes to our guests.
